Graziella has practiced and taught massage/bodywork since 2005. She is a lifelong learner and helper. Graziella is fascination with health and wellness and creating a balanced body. Graziella graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge Massachusetts where she learned the Benjamin System of Muscular Therapy. Since then has continued her education with Myofascial Release, Neuromusular Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Reiki, Massage cupping. Graziella uses a combination of massage modalities in each massage: Swedish massage relaxes the body overall and aids in accessing where special work is needed; Trigger Point or Neuromuscular type work to relieve pain from knotted up tissue in muscles; Connective tissue massage (myofascial release) that relieves tension and pain in skin and connective tissue, and helps release stubborn trigger points or knots in deep muscle; and Reiki which is a method of working with the energy field in and around the body to restore the self-healing wisdom of the body-mind-spirit continuum and can also helps release stubborn trigger points in muscles. Graziella’s expertise lies in the ability to carefully listen, observe, and interact with you, then to deliver a treatment plan that works. Her hands simply see and hear what your body’s tissue needs. At the simplest level, good bodywork relaxes you deeply and relieves muscular tension and soreness with greater benefit within reach: every one of us has a natural self-healing capacity, which can be revealed and maximized by excellent bodywork.
