Yoga & Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is the therapeutic application of specific yoga practices to assist individuals with cultivating healing in the body, nervous system, and state of being.
During your one-on-one yoga therapy session, you will start with a conversation about your condition or conditions and where you are currently experiencing imbalance in body, mind or spirit. Drea will guide you through practices designed for your own individual goals - this may include yoga postures, breathwork and meditation techniques. You will be given a detailed description of everything you do together so that you can easily practice your Yoga Therapy "prescription" in the comfort of your own home.

Practicing yoga benefits a wide range of conditions and illnesses including, but not limited to:

- Chronic pain & injuries
Classes are taught in Vinyassa style. Classes consist of Sun A & B salutations with balance flows with breathe to movement, long holds in postures, core strengthening, peak pose and intention, and stretching.
